CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Membership

No monies shall be refunded to any Member whose membership terminates for any reason.

CFSEI Live Webinars

Registrants unable to attend a webinar should notify CFSEI at least 48 hours prior to the webinar date to receive a refund or credit, if applicable. If you are unable to attend a webinar and do not notify CFSE in advance, you will be charged the registration fee, if applicable.

If you are unable to log in to the webinar due to technical issues, please contact CFSEI for assistance. If we are unable to help you, we will allow you to attend an on-demand webinar if available or issue a refund.

If a webinar is rescheduled or cancelled, participants will be notified with a new date or fees will be refunded if applicable.

No refund will be offered to participants who do not receive the log in instruction due to a system or a technical glitch on their end.

CFSEI On Demand Webinars

No refunds will be issued for on-demand webinars; these purchases will be considered final. Provided the course was not completed and no certificate has been issued, you may exchange it for any other webinar offered on our website.

Digital Publications

No refunds will be issued for all digital publications; these purchases will be considered final.

CFSEI Expo

Registrants unable to attend the Expo should notify CFSEI at least 3 business days prior to the Expo to receive a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend the Expo and do not notify CFSEI in advance, you will be charged the registration fee, if applicable.

If Expo is cancelled, participants will be notified and fees, if applicable, will be refunded.
