Presentation Outline: The majority of this presentation will be about metal buildings in general with a BIM workflow. Discussion about software tools and their roles. This presentation will explain the use of cold-formed steel used in a BIM workflow. Explaining the role that cold-formed steel has with metal buildings. Primarily this will be roll formed members such as girts and purlins. How girt’s and purlin’s spaces are located, and the importance of the location of those members.  Participants are eligible for 1.5 PDHs.
